Service Refunds
Open Vent Solutions provides non-refundable services. Because our work involves on-site labor, inspection, and the commitment of time and resources, all completed services are final. Once a technician has performed an inspection, cleaning, or deep cleaning, no refunds are available.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee due to lost service time.
If a technician arrives and is unable to perform the service due to inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided during booking, the service fee may still apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe the service you received was incomplete or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, schedule a follow-up visit at no additional cost. While refunds are not issued, we are committed to ensuring each customer receives the full value of their service.
Service Denials
Open Vent Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel services when necessary, including safety concerns, inaccurate bookings, or situations outside our scope. In these cases, customers will be notified promptly.
